OBJECTIVES

Network of capacities and competencies

Establishing a database and communication network for academic, professional, and economic competencies in Lebanon and the diaspora, to transform them into an initiative network and a support apparatus for society.

Empowering the youth and enhancing their role

Attracting youth, establishing leadership training and qualification programs, engaging them in committees, organizing a periodic youth forum, and connecting domestic youth with the diaspora.

Presence in public affairs

Preparing national studies and papers, organizing seminars, presenting practical proposals, and transforming into an integrated platform to serve national issues.

Supporting institutions and society

Directing support toward sustainable and measurable projects in education, health, and local development, and transitioning from fragmented support to a sustainable partnership.

Developing the internal structure of the liqaa

Reviewing the membership mechanism, activating executive committees and setting performance measurement indicators (KPIs), enhancing the role of the board of trustees, and developing digital and media presence.

Resources and Sustainability

Expanding the base of individual donors \ building institutional relationships with private sector companies and local and international donor institutions. Developing self-generated income sources.

Lebanon and the Diaspora

Considering the Orthodox in Lebanon, the Levant, and the diaspora countries as a single community, and working to transform the diaspora from merely an emotional connection to the roots into an active network of knowledge, expertise, investment, and communication.
